How many cleaners will you send?

We are sending one maid per project. We offer flat rate prices depending on the size of your home, and we are not bounded by any time frame, which means that we will take all the time that we need to finish the job. But you do not have to worry, because we will only send professional and experienced individuals, who are skilled and knowledgeable enough to work effectively and efficiently.

Can I move out before the cleaning?

Yes, you can. For our move out cleaning services, it is advisable to empty the house first before having the cleaning to make sure that all areas and corners of the apartment will be taken cared of. We also asked our dear clients opting for a move out cleaning services to invite the cleaner on a different time that you'll have the movers come in to ensure that the house will be left spotless

I will not be there after the move out, will that be OK?

Of course! You can trust that our cleaners can work independently, with or without your supervision. Our only ask is to provide an access to our cleaner so we could enter the area that needs to be cleaned.

Do you have a tip system?

We do not have a tip system. A simple thank you note showing that you are happy with the service provided means a lot to us. Tip are neither accepted nor required, but definitely appreciated. You can either give it as cash to the cleaner, or you can also call our hotline to have it added on the service order, and it will be charged on the credit card provided.
